Entrusted with the duty to carefully consider and plan for the present and future needs of the school and its students
The Sacred Heart School Advisory Council actively promotes and supports the Catholic ethos and is responsible for the financial management of the school. The Advisory Council, in collaboration with the Principal, is entrusted with the duty to carefully consider and plan for present and future needs of the school and its students.
The Advisory Council meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 6pm. Members are elected for a two year period. When a position becomes vacant, nominations are called from the school community and members are elected at the Annual General Meeting. All parents and interested community members are welcome to attend the Annual General Meeting. If you are interested in supporting the school we encourage you to consider serving on the Sacred Heart School Advisory Council.
The Advisory Council consists of the Parish Priest, Principal, a Parents & Friends Association representative and up to five representatives elected from the school community.
