COVID Reporting
To help streamline the process of reporting positive COVID-19 cases Catholic Education WA (CEWA) has developed a COVID-19 Self-reporting Form for students and staff members. Parents and caregivers are now asked to inform the school of their child’s positive COVID result via this LINK. The information will go directly to the Principal, prompting our COVID response, which includes marking your child/ren absent for 7 days and alerting any close contacts. We ask that you alert the school as soon as you become aware of the positive result.
