Sacred Heart Parish

The Sacred Heart Thornlie Parish was established in 1959 with the Church, situated on school grounds, opened in 1992. In alignment with the vision statement, the Parish is “a place of prayer, hospitality and support”.

Our Parish Priest, Fr George James, helps to unite the community in the common faith of our loving God. Working closely with the Sacred Heart community it is a spiritual home where friendships are made and faith is nourished.
